When I started coaching 12 years ago, I noticed that something was off.
My athletes knew their sport, but they were struggling to come back after mistakes, and got rattled by things like the crowd size, bad calls from the ref, or how "big" the game is.
(Sound familiar?!)
More drills weren’t the answer. We needed to work on our mental skills.
I dove in to learn everything I could and became certified in teaching athletes the mental side of the game.
Coupled with my Masters in Education, I've unlocked exactly what was missing for my athletes (we've won 3 back-to-back state championships!).
Today, I’ve helped over 3,500+ female athletes build their confidence …
… and their moms know exactly what to say to help their daughters…
using our Unstoppable Athlete Method, which you’ll see in action inside this free training. I’ll see you there!
Hi I'm Coach Bre,
As a high school head volleyball coach
Have you ever been in the car after a game or practice wishing you knew what to say when she says how bad she is?
Simply telling her...
“You’ve got this!”
“You are good enough!”
“You belong on this team!”
Just doesn't work.
If you feel like you've tried everything to help your daughter build her confidence... this is for you.
(Even if her coach is the one who damaged it.)
